Poste
Working with a team, your tasks will be:
- Day to day operation of the client facing support desk and incident resolution process
- Management / ticket allocation of queries relating to issues/queries about the systems, processes or 3rd party suppliers
- Co-ordination of the companie responses to client queries in line with pre-agreed SLAs.
- Fulfilment of internal request, queries and standard system parameter changes
- Daily operation of system and services review
Profil
profile:
– bac+3/4 in computer sciences
– Strong analytical skills
– good people/communication skills
– solution oriented
– good english (written and spoken)
– experience (including internships) in the same field is a plus.
