We recruit for our leading customer in their sector of activity a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (Industry).
MISSION:
Responsible of S.Chain departement, ensuring end-to-end process: assembly + sourcing + procurement + purchase planning + deliveries + stock management + assets care. Ensuring service level according to SLA with Commercial Department and WC aligned with Business objectives. Will be also responsible to comply with good manufacturing practices as well as quality standards.

FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION:
1.Transformation:
- Lead process team to fulfill production planning
- Comply with group’s process and quality standards
2. Planning and analysis:
- Analyze and forecast purchasing of products (FG & SFG)
- Align service level with commercial department
- Compile and maintain monthly production & purchasing plan (S&OP)
3. Procurement management.
- Suppliers sourcing and management of commercial negotiations
- Contract negotiation
4. Controlling and reporting:
- Ensuring deliveries of products to the warehouse’s company
- Reporting
5. Working capital management:
- Define stock policy according to SLA and business objectives
- Propose and align action plan to meet targets
- Manage risks
6. Logistics:
- Inbound logistics (imports and local transport)
- Outbound logistics (local and export shipments)
- Warehousing, picking and order preparation
7. Assets management
- Ensure that plant assets are in good condition and keep functionality and maintenance of plant workplaces.

EXPERIENCE:
- Supply Chain Manager / Operations / Technical 5 years experience
