XCO Agency is offering an exciting internship opportunity for aspiring individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. As an Intern Shopify Store Manager, you will work closely with our team to manage and optimize multiple Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This internship will provide valuable insights into e-commerce best practices, product management, and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining multiple Shopify stores, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing product designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Support the product management process, from sourcing to listing and optimization.
- Monitor store performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other team members, including marketing specialists and SEO experts, to support cohesive and effective strategies.
Profil
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate with a keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing concepts (experience with Shopify is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
