Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including making calls to clients, police forces and doctors’ surgeries.
- Work closely with legal file handlers and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely processing of submissions and ongoing cases.
- Conduct detailed reviews of client-provided information to ensure alignment with specific legal requirements and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed submissions and associated correspondence.
Profil
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Must reside in Marrakech.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: 3,000 – 5,000 DH per month
