We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving our people-centric culture. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
Conduct new employee orientations, facilitate onboarding activities, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance and resolution.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Identify training and development needs and assist in implementing appropriate programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Collaborate with finance and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
Stay updated on market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Profil
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
