Poste
- Scheduling executive meetings and travel plans.
- Assisting executives in all possible tasks like meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
- Attending phone calls from clients and responding to the emails received from clients and concerned party members.
- Updating company documents (commercial, TAX, export, import, … etc certificates)
- Making sure all reports and data files are arranged in a timely manner.
- Preparing expenses claim forms.
- Issuing accounting invoices
- Initiating bank transfers to employees & suppliers when needed.
- Employees attendance, social insurance and medical insurance follow up
- Exhibition files management
- Getting in touch with recruitment agencies for potential hiring
- Drafting long term agreements/contracts with suppliers
- Creating POs, supervising their execution and closing
- Initiating and tracking payments to suppliers either locally or foreign
- Leading all local logistics operations and import or export
- Issuing shipping documents / Clearing import shipments
- Achieve the goals & KPIs set for each segment
- Share in budget planning in assigned operations
Profil
- 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing Preferred)
- Excellent command of French, English and Arabic languages
- Analytical thinking
- High written and verbal communication skills
