The Reliability Manager will be required to ensure safe work practices, technical verification of work and system integrity during the daily operations of a plants;
- Planning development and management execution of the reliability programs that will allow optimum uptime for the plants and assets including overall program planning and evaluation of effectiveness of risked based reliability activities that impact operations.
- Ensure compliance of Internal reliability processes, procedures and technical standards related to best practice for Uptime.
- Provide technology/technical guidance and oversight to engineering/reliability teams and interface with operations, maintenance, and planning and scheduling.
- Develop and implement risked based Key Performance Indicators (KPI) lead to maintenance analysis and report;
- Ensure RCA´s analysis are promoted following Internal guidance’s and best practices and report/actions plans are published and lanched;
- Responsible to evaluate the need for training in his area and Oversee guidance and mentoring for the development of reliability/engineering personnel
- Take the lead to follow up the control and implementation of improvement projects and corrective actions.
- Oversee and control budgets regarding significate corrective actions;
- Manage reliability/engineering personnel and ensure verification of integrity of the work.
Profil
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of maintenance in continuous process and/or bulk material handling facilities.
- University degree in engineering or other relevant training specifically related to maintenance in process technologies and/or bulk material handling
- Relevant technical training and a track record of experience gained.
- Good understanding across the different engineering disciplines (mechanical/ electrical/ instrument/ automation)
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance plans and the tools associated with failure detection (e.g. vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography)
- Knowledge in using the Maintenance Management System
