Role description
Within the Customer Care team (4 people) and reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be the daily point of contact for our clients across all channels and operational matters concerning the use of our service.
You will have an impact on the company’s growth in the UK, by reporting potential product improvements and improve how users perceive our company.
Your role will be key in the establishment of a strong relationship with our users.
Your responsibilities
- You will serve as the face of LeKiosk customer support in the UK
- Identify and troubleshoot end-users’ technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Use problem-solving skills to handle difficult clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Establish ownership of escalated end-users issues and seek help by involving key stakeholders, like the technical or product teams, until the resolution of the issue.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product and Tech teams to escalate users’ feedback and help us improve our service.
- Educate end-users about what we offer, increasing public awareness of our service and improving the relationship with our clients.
- Learn about the organisation’s products and services and keep up-to-date with any changes to them.
Profil
Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Previous call centre/customer service experience is required
- Knowledge of French language is a plus
- Working remotely will be considered
- Highly motivated & energetic
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
