Profil
Education
• University degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Sales & Marketing or other related fields.
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years (or 2 years with relevant Master’s degree).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent account management skills with proven track record of financial outcomes, whether in a corporate or a non-profit environment.
• Excellent computer skills with particular reference to analysis of fundraising related data, as well as excellent knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint.
Required skills & Competencies
• Knowledge and aptitude working with CRM (Salesforce), database technologies, project trackers, and other related systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for fundraising.
• Team player and driven by numbers and success.
• Previous marketing and/or PR experience of 4 years.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a well-informed approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Organized and effective Communication skills.
• Ability to quickly trouble-shoot any issues that arise.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior staff, as well as external service providers, vendors and agencies.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to focus and thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledgeable about the regional market and its key players.
• Proficiency in French is essential.
Language
• Required: Excellent working knowledge of English is a must and Arabic is a plus.
